So your thought about some type of fragmentation issue is likely correct. Launch the program on your computer > Choose the Bypass MDM mode in the middle of the interface. On regular Android devices we do see multiple storage options if they are available, since Blackberry (AFAIK) runs Android in somewhat of an emulated environment it might not be reporting the storage locations the way we expect them (basically a fragmentation issue) ![]() If you don't we have a fragmentation issue to solve for Blackberry users. You probably already tried this, but just in case you didn't, go to "Preferences" in the side menu, then scroll down to "Select Storage Location", touch it and you should see different options of where to send files. ![]()
